ABSA Group Limited Woolworths Financial Services (Pty) Ltd

We assisted ABSA to obtain approval for a large merger in which a joint venture was formed between Absa Group Limited, one of South Africa’s largest banks and Woolworths (Pty) Limited, a prominent food and clothing retailer.
